All visa applicants will be required
to fill out on-line the Visa Application Form which can
be downloaded from https://scedv.serpro.gov.br.
This form must be printed and presented
on the day of the visa application.
The
information that you enter is not submitted
electronically. It is only used to generate the printed
form and your request number.
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, it
may take several minutes to download the initial and
completed copy of the form. Please be patient.

Visa applicants must set up an
appointment to deliver the visa applications
previously filled out online. The scheduling
page offers you options of dates and time slots.
