NEW BRAZILIAN VISAS – MORE
SECURITY
As of June 9, 2008, all visa applicants will be required
to fill out on-line the Visa Application Form which can
be downloaded from https://scedv.serpro.gov.br.
The form must be printed and presented
on the day of the visa application.
The
information that you enter
electronically only generates a short printed form and
your request number, which must be printed and presented
on the day the application is submitted to the
Consulate, along with the other requested documents for
the visa to be granted. Your visa is not ready yet. You
have to come to the Consulate or authorize a third party
to present your application on your behalf.
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, it
may take several minutes to download the initial and
completed copy of the form. Please be patient.
